PERSONNEL PROFILE:

Bella Vista employs 25 people in the various professional disciplines needed to assemble a complete development and/or property management package.

CHIEF OPERATING EXECUTIVES:

Pasquale D. Cipolla has owned and operated development and construction companies for 40 years. His development activities have been primarily, but not exclusively, developing retail space. Initially his construction endeavors were concentrated in paving and sitework. In the past twenty-five (25) years, he added residential and commercial building construction to his professional disciplines. Pat's knowledge of leasing, real estate, finance and construction are the key ingredients in the company's success as a developer.

Joseph A. Cipolla, President, has assumed many of the responsibilities of the company including but not limited to development and the financial administration of Bella Vista. Over the past 20 years, Joseph has maintained a hands-on approach to all aspects of the company's business areas. From construction, development to management, leasing and finance, every facet of operations is personally scrutinized. Joseph maintains the coveted title of Certified Shopping Center Manager by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
